Made-to-Order Canapés and Hors D’oeuvres

Here’s a sampling of what we can make for your special occasion:

  • Melonhead – forty 3-piece fruit kabobs presented on a half-melon with honeyed yoghurt dip
  • Sirloin Rolls – seared sirloin with Asiago and horseradish, rolled and served cold
  • Bacon-wrapped Apple – an apple wedge, wrapped in double smoked bacon with a touch of aged cheese and grainy mustard
  • Spiced Pecan & Chevre – 2 sweet spiced pecan halves with a dollop of fresh goat cheese in the centre
  • Satays (sold by the dozen) – choose from beef, chicken or pork satays with your choice of spicy peanut or apricot chutney sauce
  • Smoked Salmon Mousse Canapes – wild caught smoked salmon mousse presented on a European heavy pumpernickel round, garnished with fresh dill
